The Justice Society lives again! - Smallville - Absolute Justice
La cagadita, la Justice Society en Smallville!. Como le decia a un amigo, no soy tan fan de smallville (que me parecia Dawson's Creek con superpoderes), pero como buen aficionado (no fanatico) a los comics, me afana harto cuando hacen referencia a personajes "clasicos" del universo de los DC Comics (como en mi post anterior de la Liga de la Justicia Ilimitada). En esta nueva temporada de Smallville, Clark finalmente se desempeña como vigilante en Metropolis (pero sin el calzoncillo encima de la licra azul) solo con un polo negro y el simbolo de su viejo Jor El (la "S"), y tiene ayuda de sus superamigos (El Martian Manhunter, Green Arrow, Black Canary, etc) y con ayuda de Chloe que (sin poderes) ayuda a Clark con toda la tecnologia e informacion que tiene a la mano bajo el apelativo de "Watchtower" (hakeando redes de la policia, bancos, camaras de seguridad, etc) al mejor estilo de Oracle (Barbara Gordon, despues que quedara paralitica a causa de un ataque del Joker). Chloe es contactada por un extraño sujeto (Starman) que quiere advertirle acerca de una caceria de heroes que esta conduciendo el gobierno por medio de una organizacion gubernamental secreta llamada Checkmate, la cual ya asesino a varios miembros de la Justice Society. Preparense para Hawkman, Dr. Fate, Sandman, Stargirl, el primer Green Lantern (Allan Scott), el primer Flash (Jay Garrik) y muchos personajes de la edad de oro de los comics!.

En New york, se esta exhibiendo una muestra del trabajo de Tim Burton hasta el 26 de abril de este año en el Moma... que cheveereeee... lastima que no lo alcance... En este spot aparece Robot boy, uno de los personajes que aparecen en varios de sus cortos (por ejemplo aparece vs. Stain Boy) el corto ya lo habia publicado, es el #4, pero aca lo dejo para los flojos.

como diría mi buen amigo Victor… ¿qué te puedo decir…?
La mejor historia jamás contada - Liga de la justicia ilimitada
Lo genial de esta serie es que le da un espacio a personajes de la Dc comics que nunca se hubiera pensado llegarían a una serie animada (normalmente en las series sólo salen los más conocidos, lo mismo pasa en xmen por ejemplo). En este caso, este capítulo (que es uno de mis favoritos) lo protagoniza Booster Gold, un "superheroe" que viene del futuro a ver si gana fama y dinero con tecnología avanzada y lo único que hace es interrumpir y desesperar a los demás. Finalmente tiene su momento de gloria (y no hay nadie para presenciarlo) solamente su compañero Skeets. La otra genial aparición es de Enlongated Man (Ralph Dibney) que es otro personaje de culto en los DC comics... (neeerds!!)
Justice League Unlimited
De lejos la mejor serie de superheroes que se ha hecho, incluso que los xmen, lastima que la cancelaran despues de 5 temporadas (creo). No necesariamente se seguia la linea de los comics, ya que black canary y Huntress en los comics tienen una amistad muy fuerte (aca apenas se conocen) y trabajan con Oracle (ex batgirl que quedo paralitica despues de que el joker le disparara). Esta pelea es genial.
