Esta canción es una de mis top favoritas, la cantidad de imágenes que construye con la narración me hace alucinar y este tipo de textos (en canciones, escritos, bloggeados) son los que te inspiran a cantar, escribir, dibujar (alimento creativo). Me encanta esta canción y me gustó mucho más descubrir la versión de Sting que es un poco más acelerada y melódica, tal vez para darle un toque de ironía por el sólo título “El rey del dolor”… today we shine besides the grey sky.

el perro existe... lo veo a diario

Frente a un pez rojo en un mar amarillo, vive un perro entre una puerta celeste y una reja blanca. El perro jadea y permanece tranquilo pese al poco espacio que tiene para moverse (apenas cabe su existencia). En su poco dominio comprende su situación, espera paciente al dueño mirando la pared amarilla de enfrente, donde el pez permanece intacto, seco por el sol y enseñando sus espinas rojas. El perro tratando de no hacer ruido espera paciente frente al pez que también pareciera estar esperando a alguien (y al mismo tiempo haciéndole compañia al perro). El cielo se oscurece y el animal divisa a lo lejos, por encima de las casas, un mar de nubes negras que avanzan lentamente para tragarse al sol, de pronto empieza a llover y su pequeño rectángulo se llena de agua (mojando sus patas), y de olor a perro mojado; rasca la puerta y una niña lo deja pasar, pero en frente el pez ya no está, al parecer alguien también lo dejo entrar.

Ya no había motivo para esconderse, la mujer parecía estar en un trance mirando un punto ciego entre los muebles. Fue cuando recordé la mordida en la pierna, pero no tenía daño alguno, ni un rasguño; y la serpiente se deslizaba por la casa como el perro sin patas que parecía ser, parecía disfrutar ser libre del daño que podía hacer. No había mucho que hacer en esta casa, por lo visto la mujer había devorado todos los alimentos y sólo había fotos colgadas en las paredes y encima de los muebles; ella se quedaba ahí sentada, balbuceando, ya era hora de irme. Fue cuando sentí una voz en todo el cuerpo, la mujer también la escuchó buscando lentamente con la cabeza de donde venía; abrió los ojos exageradamente para luego cerrarlos complacida. Me resistía a la idea pero la curiosidad me venció, cerré los ojos como la mujer y traté de entender de donde venía esta voz, y empezó a hablar.

primera casa

me di la libertad de entrar en una de las casas que estaban con la puerta abierta, vi de lejos lo que parecía era una mujer sentada en un sillón de espaldas hacia donde yo estaba oculto. Me acerqué un poco y pude ver su larga cabellera marrón clara, casi rojiza. Estuve escondido unos momentos detrás de un mueble, tratando de observar de lejos a mi tácita inquilina, pero fue cuando sentí una fuerte presión en la pierna y un dolor fuerte pero soportable. Estaba absorto con la curiosidad de ver el rostro de la mujer y no me importaba lo que estaba pasando, incluso cambié de escondite a uno más cerca de la dueña de la casa. Volteé finalmente y sorprendí una serpiente de algún tipo mordisqueando mi pierna, podría incluso afirmar que era una cobra, ya que tenía una especie de orejas a los costados de la cabeza pero no me asusté, seguía curioso acercándome a la mujer, los mordiscos no me afectaban. Ella tenía ojos marrones verdosos acentuados por unas grandes ojeras y una papada amplia que denotaba un gran sobrepeso. Ella miraba un punto específico entre los muebles, donde habían fotografías ajenas y babeaba mientras pronunciaba palabras que estaban lejos de ser entendidas. La serpiente seguía prendida en mi pierna como si fuera un perro faldero nervioso, y fue cuando la mujer se puso de pie, se abalanzó hacia mi, tomó la serpiente y le arrancó los colmillos, y casi ignorando mi presencia volvió a sentarse.

Percepción - Habitantes

Las ciudades están plagadas de animales de malas costumbres y soy uno de ellos. Las necesidades innatas mueven sus pasos y sus decisiones. Llegué a esta pequeña ciudad más por curiosidad que por error, sus particularidades eran muchas; diferentes a las demás, todos dormían a una determinada hora y compartían similitudes dentro de su individualidad. El perímetro de la ciudad estaba cercado por un rectángulo perfecto y los habitantes no parecían percatarse de mi presencia. Yo sólo entraba de noche para no levantar sospechas, paseaba por sus calles y miraba por sus ventanas. Podía entrar incluso a sus casas, porque las puertas estaban abiertas, era un invasor.

Cuando caminaba exhausto después de devorar sus comidas y usar sus cosas, me sentaba en algún sofá o cama disponible y cerraba los ojos satisfecho, a veces me quedaba dormido y era sorprendido por la luz del sol, pero me daba cuenta a tiempo para regresar y que nadie me viera. En esas veces que caía rendido, recuerdo vagamente que soñaba algo extraño, y podría afirmar que cada cierto tiempo se repetía el mismo sueño, pero sólo pasaba cuando estaba en estas calles, estas casas, pero parece que últimamente me persigue, incluso bajo mi propio techo.

Sólo hay un “problemilla” con el megavideo (de donde jala el video) pero puede ser solucionado ;). El site como es gratuito sólo te permite ver 72 minutos continuos, de ahí te lo corta. Pero hay 2 maneras de arreglarlo. Si vas a ver más de un video, al terminar de ver 1 capítulo de una serie resetea tu Modem para que cambie el IP y te de 72 minutos más. Si estás viendo una película completa, pon pausa y deja que todo el archivo se complete (tipo youtube) y de ahí te desconectas de Internet para que no te la corte a la mitad XD. Disfruten!

Dexter - Early Cuts (Ep 1) - Animated shortfilms - Cortometrajes animados

Una de mis tantas series favoritas... ja!... esta es una serie muy bien hecha (en esta época de tanta gente creativa jeje), bueno lo publicado en este post son cortos a modo de precuela a las series que dan en fox. Dexter es el hijo adoptivo de un policía que lo rescato de una escena de un crimen a los tres años de edad; los padres de Dexter murieron cruelmente en manos de un asesino en serie y había sido abandonado en medio de los cuerpos por casi tres días lo cual trastornó su mente. El policía se compadeció del niño y lo adoptó como propio pero mientras lo criaba se dio cuenta que Dexter no era un niño común y desarrollaba una psicopatía con urgencias de matar. Harry (el padre adoptivo) decide razonar con el chico y le enseña un código de ética y que sólo debe "dejarse llevar" con personas de las cuales haya comprobado sean culpables, nunca con personas inocentes y así nace un antihéroe completamente fuera de lo común. La serie en gringoland ya va por la quinta temporada y está basada en la obra de Jeff Lindsay y llevado a la pantalla por Showtime.

Muy buena película.

Buenos días

Donde vivo la distribución de la mayoría de las casas es inversa, es decir, las habitaciones en la primera planta y en el segundo piso están la sala, comedor y cocina. Vivo en una alameda por donde no pasan autos y las casas en cada cuadra tiene un desnivel elevado para las entradas… difícil de imaginar y de explicar ¿no? Cuando entras a mi casa pasas por el patio rojo que se ve en la foto y abriendo la puerta hay una salita (donde dejábamos las bicicletas de chicos) y luego dos escaleras de baranda negra y escalones de madera rojiza; una hacia la primera planta y otra hacia el segundo piso. La salas son bien iluminadas, ya que las mamparas de vidrio dejan entrar mucha luz. Esta ventana desde la que tomé esta foto recién la tengo desde hace unos dos o tres años, ya que la ventana de mi antigua habitación daba hacia una pared y no tenía nada de iluminación. Esta habitación la heredé desde que mi segunda hermana partió fuera del país y me dejaron la opción a elegir alguna de las habitaciones que habían quedado vacías. Las mañanas aquí son diferentes porque la luz entra sin permiso y me levanta muy temprano (cosa que no ocurría en la otra habitación) incluso en las mañanas nubladas como esta en las que aún así la luz entra obscenamente a caerme encima y despertarme para escuchar el canto de la paloma cuculí (ese es tema para otro texto)… Buenos días enero.… Buenos días...

FELIZ AÑO NUEVO !

este no es un año para empezar, sino para continuar, no son suficientes 365 días, 52 semanas, 12 meses… no llegaremos al final, porque no existe, que este año no sea el mejor, sino el inicio de miles de mejores y mejores siglos de los siglos y amen!, no amén… soy adicto natural a la fantasía porque la realidad me aborta. No pertenezco aquí y tampoco a nadie, simplemente no pertenezco y no perteneceré. I’m dumb, stupid, and everything you thought… I know that I’ve got issues, but you are pretty messed up too, pero vuelvo al punto de inicio y esta vez no me arrepiento de nada. Lo bueno es que mis retazos forman parte de otros vestidos y mis fachas tienen hilos de otros, otros colores que se proyectan por mis ojos y hacia ellos, y guían mis pasos (de baile).

Sentado frente a mi ventana escucho el huir de las personas hacia algún descanso fortuito, días que han sido brindados cual ofrendas para el trabajo arduo (de algunos). Escucho el avance desde mi silla que cruje con mi peso (que sube y baja) y mis ojos arden ante una posible infección a la garganta. No quiero salir aunque mi teléfono no para de sonar, no quiero caminar aunque mis zapatillas están junto a mi cama, quiero escribir y plasmar lo que tengo comiéndome el cerebro y que agranda el huequito que tengo en el corazón. Si me concentro tal vez el frío viento del ventilador en la espalda pueda acallar los sonidos de los autos avanzando, impacientes ante el trafico que tanto nos engulle y atormenta. Avancen! avancen! grita el policía en alta voz, cállense! cállense! grita mi subconsciente, pero nadie me hace caso porque están a cientos de metros pero sus existencias si alcanzan mis retazos, hasta mis manos que teclean en un verano que recién está empezando, a puertas de un año que recién está por reventarnos encima, en un crecimiento que recién está doliendo, en un mundo que recién se está asomando, en una nueva realidad que recién estoy creando.

¿Que te regalaron, o regalaste en estas fiestas?

¿Que te regalaron en estas fiestas? … puede ser una pregunta algo “superficial” ya que hay el floro que “es mejor dar que recibir” osea full floro. El sentido de este post no es necesariamente el hecho que alguien gaste en ti, sino que si realmente una persona se pregunta que te gustaría recibir, o si nosotros mismos lo hacemos.

Los dos últimos años que he participado en un intercambio de regalos en la oficina donde trabajo han sido interesantes ya que era relativamente nuevo en el área, recuerdo que me tocó regalarle a un pata al que no conocía mucho, es decir siempre metíamos chacota pero no éramos necesariamente amigos “cercanos”. El pata es surfer pero obviamente no le iba a regalar una tabla, así que traté solapaza de sacarle información acerca de las cosas que le gustaban. Finalmente me comentó que era fanático de Star Wars y me dio una idea clara de lo que podía regalarle. Recuerdo que busqué en polvos rosados (a última hora para variar) en una tienda que venden todo tipo de juguetes pero más orientados a coleccionistas y encontré varias figuras pequeñas de Star Wars y vi una de Shaak Ti (creo que así se escribe) que estaba maldita y lo mejor de todo que no costaba mucho y bueno felizmente le gustó mucho. La verdad no tenía mucha expectativa de lo que me regalarían ese día pero finalmente cuando me tocó, vino un pata que no conocía y me dio una botella de pisco. Debe ser que yo chupo normalmente chela, pero no sé, una botella de licor me parece el regalo más impersonal que pueda existir, obviamente en este caso fue “normal” porque era de parte de un pata que no conozco (es lo más sencillo) pero este año se repitió la historia con una chica que conozco, me regaló nuevamente una botella de pisco. Muchos podrán pensar “ya no te quejes y estate feliz que te hayan regalado algo” pero el sentido de este texto no es de queja, sino de los detalles chéveres que pueden tener algunas personas contigo, claro que existe la barrera de “un pata de la chamba no va a ser tan detallista contigo” pero por lo menos preguntar caleta con alguien que le gustaría recibir a esa persona sin tener que gastar una cantidad exorbitante.

Si alguien me conoce sabe que no conozco diferencia entre mucho y poco (en todo sentido ja) y bueno, me parece lo más normal del mundo hacer un regalo (no caro) a alguien (no necesariamente que tenga algún interés romántico) si sé que le va a gustar. Es chévere la idea de poder tener un detalle con alguien en su cumple o en navidad. (por ejemplo para el cumple de alguien que conozco me dio ganas de comprarle algo que vi y que de hecho le hubiera fascinado, pero al final me dio roche y me chupé).

A ver si alguien comenta, ¿Qué regalos te parecieron los más chéveres? Ya sea de familia, amigos, enamorad@s, etc. Por ejemplo, hace mucho una amiga en un intercambio de regalos averiguó que me gustaba leer y me regaló los tres libros del señor de los anillos lo cual me pareció un detalle buenísimo. Otra vez, uno de mis mejores amigos que es un genio editando fotos, armó una fotografía con varias imágenes mías en el malecón tipo sombras y me regaló la foto impresa con un marco lo cual me pareció genial y acá la tengo, claro que el día que me la dio yo no estaba de muy buen humor y le dio la impresión que no me había gustado mucho pero la verdad es que fue uno de los regalos más chéveres que alguien me ha dado.

Empezamos el año con pie derecho, con la mente como pluma en el viento dejándose llevar… que pasará? que pasará? yo tranqui y con mucha curiosidad.

"Scientists at the University of Montreal launched a search for men who had never looked at pornography - but couldn't find any. "... yeah! we are pigs!

Researchers were conducting a study comparing the views of men in their 20s who had never been exposed to pornography with regular users. But their project stumbled at the first hurdle when they failed to find a single man who had not been seen it. “We started our research seeking men in their 20s who had never consumed pornography,” said Professor Simon Louis Lajeunesse. “We couldn't find any.”

Although hampered in its original aim, the study did examined the habits of those young men who used pornography – which would appear to be all of them. Prof Lajeunesse interviewed 20 heterosexual male university students who consumed pornography, and found on average, they first watched pornography when they were 10 years old. Around 90 per cent of consumption was on the internet, while 10 per cent of material came from video stores.

Single men watched pornography for an average of 40 minutes, three times a week, while those in relationships watched it 1.7 times a week for around 20 minutes. The study found that men watched pornography that matched their own image of sexuality, and quickly discarded material they found offensive or distasteful. Prof Lajeunesse said pornography did not have a negative effect on men's sexuality. “Not one subject had a pathological sexuality,” he said. “In fact, all of their sexual practices were quite conventional. “Pornography hasn't changed their perception of women or their relationship, which they all want to be as harmonious and fulfilling as possible,” he added.
